We've discovered that our BLACK GOLD SEA SALTS are wonderful in the following ways!

BATH: For a soothing, stress-reducing soak add one half packet or more of Black Gold Sea Salts to warm bath water. Soak for at least 20 minutes, three times weekly. Beneficial for easing stiffness and muscle pain as well other health conditions.

THERAPEUTIC BATH TREATMENT: Add 2-3 cups of Black Gold Sea Salts to a tepid bath. For a more detoxifying therapy treatment add 10-20 drops of Mary Jane on Main Street Gold Standard Bath and Body Oil. Soak in water for 20-30 minutes.

FOOT BATH: Add 2-3 Tablespoon of Black Gold Salts to a shallow basin of water (up to the ankles). Add 4-6 drops of Mary Jane on Main Street Gold Standard Bath and Body Oil. Soak feet for 15-20 minutes while sipping hot water. Excellent for tired aching feet.

FACIAL EXFOLIANT: Simply add 10-20 drops of Mary Jane on Main Street Gold Standard Bath and Body Oil and to 1/4 cup of fine Dead Sea Salts. Gently rub mixture in a circular motion on face and/or body.

BODY EXFOLIANT: Mix 1 tablespoon Black Gold Salt with 1/8 cup Mary Jane on Main Street Gold Standard Body Wash. Use the mixture to gently scrub away dry skin patches.

SPA TREATMENT: After showering, massage fine Black Gold Salt with our Mary Jane on Main Street Gold Standard Bath and Body Oil over wet skin to cleanse, exfoliate and soften the rough spots, rinse off when your skin feels baby soft. It’s the same treatment many upscale spas use, without the upscale price!

Use a warm Black Gold Salt soaked compress to reduce swelling from sore and stiff muscles, scrapes and splinter removal.
