Always use essential oils diluted.

Store oils in a cool, dry place and out of reach from children.

Be aware of photosensitive citrus oils. Do not apply externally before going out in the sun as they can cause skin irritation or brown spots on the skin.

If you have sensitive skin, do a patch test first by mixing oils with a non-sensitive carrier oil and apply to a small area of skin. Wait 24 hours for a reaction.

If pregnant, high/low blood pressure, allergy prone, epilepsy or asthma: consult a qualified aromatherapist before using essential oils. Babies and children can use mild acting essential oils, but in a more dilute solution than adults.

Consult an aromatherapist if on medication, homeopathic remedies or other alternative treatment.

Returns

To return a product, please email us @ planetapothecary@outlook.com with the Subject "Return Inquiry". Please provide the following information: Reason for return, first & last name, email address, contact telephone number and your order number which can be found on your emailed order confirmation receipt.

Once approved, we will provide return authorization and mailing information. You must have an authorization to receive a refund.

Unless the product is faulty, products must be returned unopened in new condition and within 14 days of delivery receipt.

We recommend that your return is sent via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post with tracking for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery.

We are not responsible for packages returned without tracking and/or insurance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
